At ACE we offer an open, drop in
Pilates class for all ages and abilities. If
you need to have an opportunity to reset and re-charge your body in a safe, welcoming environment - this is your first stop.
It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core whilst improving coordination and balance. The core, consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, low back, and hips, is often called the “powerhouse” and is thought to be the key to a person’s stability.
At ACE we will be offering a new pilates class designed for novice and more confident participants. It promises to be another brilliant way to get moving with us.
